A transparent-background PNG at 300 DPI, sized at the dimensions you plan to press, is the sweet spot. Low-resolution art is the #1 cause of blurry prints — when in doubt, upload bigger. Text and fine lines should be at least 2 mm thick to survive the press.

Yes — that’s the whole point of a gang sheet. Mix team names, numbers, front logos and sleeve prints on a single sheet instead of ordering them separately. Most shops save 40–60% versus buying transfers one by one.

Pressed correctly, our transfers withstand 75+ washes without cracking or fading — that’s the standard we print to and stand behind. Wash inside-out in cold water and skip the dryer when you can to stretch them even further.
Very close — every run is color-managed. But screens glow in RGB while fabric prints in CMYK with a white underbase, so extreme neons can land slightly softer. If a print comes out clearly wrong, we reprint it free — just email a photo to info@beartransfers.com.

Permanent, waterproof decals for hard surfaces — tumblers, glass, metal, plastic. No heat press needed: peel, stick, done. They survive dishwashing and sunlight without peeling. Build a UV sticker sheet →
General setting: 290–320°F for 8–15 seconds at medium pressure (35–45 psi), hot peel — remove the film right away. For 100% cotton go 310–320°F for 12–15 seconds. A full fabric-by-fabric chart ships with every order.
Cotton, polyester, blends, fleece, denim, canvas — even leather. Just adjust the heat: polyester likes 285–300°F to avoid dye migration, blends 300–310°F, leather/PU a gentle 275–285°F for 6–8 seconds. When testing a new blank, press a small piece first.
A heat press — even an entry-level one — is strongly recommended. DTF bonds under consistent pressure and temperature, which an iron simply can’t hold. If an iron is all you have: hard flat surface, maximum body-weight pressure, no steam — and test on something you don’t love first.
Nine times out of ten it’s pressure or time, not the transfer. Re-press for 5–10 seconds with a cover sheet and firm pressure — that usually seals it. If a sheet still won’t bond, the film may be defective: email us a photo and we’ll reprint it free.
